I don't know about you, but if I listen to the same songs or playlist at the gym, it gets a little mundane after awhile. I stumbled upon a link to Rock My Run on Pinterest not too long ago and I love it! They come out with new mixes two to three times a week and have them all broken down by beats per minute, genre, and length. Today's mix (Quicken Your Pulse) is just what I needed.
